Hire Paperwork & Reporting Instructions
- US W-4: Must be completed
prior to or at the time of hire. If not completed withhold
at the Single/0 rate. Valid until circumstances change and
a new W-4 is completed unless EXEMPT is claimed. EXEMPT
expires on Feb 16 of the year following the date of
completion.
- Maine W-4ME: (Maine’s
W-4) must be completed prior to or at the time of hire. If
not completed withhold at the Single/0 rate. Valid until
circumstances change and a new W-4 is completed unless EXEMPT is
claimed. EXEMPT expires on Dec 31 of the year of the date
of completion.
- US
I-9: Must be completed at the time of hire.
